By accessing, browsing, registering on, or using any part of the winpbu platform (accessible at winpbu.app and any associated mobile applications or subdomains, collectively referred to herein as the "Platform"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), as well as all other policies incorporated by reference, including but not limited to the winpbu Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform. Continued access to or use of the Platform — including placing bets, making deposits, claiming bonuses, or communicating with our support team — constitutes unconditional acceptance of these Terms and any subsequent amendments made in accordance with Section 12.

winpbu provides its services exclusively to players who meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 2. By accepting these Terms, you represent and warrant that you satisfy all such criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis for so long as your account remains active.

To be eligible to register and maintain an account on winpbu, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age. winpbu is strictly an adult gaming platform. We do not permit any individual under the age of 18 to register, deposit funds, or participate in any real-money gaming activity.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not expressly prohibited by the applicable laws governing your location.
• You are acting on your own behalf as a private individual, and not on behalf of a third party, business entity, or syndicate.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of winpbu or any of its affiliated entities, subsidiaries, game providers, or payment processors, nor are you a close family member of any such person.
• You have not previously been excluded from gaming platforms via self-exclusion or operator-initiated exclusion, and you are not subject to any order or agreement that restricts your ability to engage in online gaming.
• You are of sound mind and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement.

winpbu reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any point. Providing false information about your age, identity, or location in order to circumvent eligibility requirements constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in criminal referral in addition to account closure.

To access real-money gaming features on winpbu, you must create a registered account. The following rules apply to all winpbu accounts:

1. One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold exactly one winpbu account. Opening, operating, or benefiting from multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, device identifiers, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited. winpbu employs advanced detection systems to identify duplicate accounts, and any such accounts will be suspended immediately.
2. Accurate Information: You must provide complete, accurate, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact number. You are required to update this information promptly if it changes.
3. Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. winpbu will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
4. Compromised Accounts: If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify winpbu immediately by contacting [email protected]. winpbu will investigate and may temporarily suspend the account pending investigation.
5. Account Currency: All winpbu accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). You acknowledge that currency conversion fees may apply where your payment provider processes transactions in a different currency.

winpbu reserves the right to decline any registration application or to close any account at its sole discretion, including in circumstances where it suspects a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or risk of harm to the Platform or other players.

winpbu supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods tailored to Bangladeshi players. All financial transactions on the Platform are subject to the following terms:

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

winpbu currently supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. Available payment methods may be updated from time to time without prior notice. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000, unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your winpbu account within minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to reflect, depending on the originating bank's processing times.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are reviewed within 24 hours of submission. KYC verification must be complete before any withdrawal can be approved. Once approved, funds are typically transferred within one (1) to three (3) business days, depending on the payment method selected. winpbu does not charge processing fees on standard withdrawals, although your payment provider may apply its own fees.

4.4 Own Funds Only

You may only deposit funds that belong to you. Deposits from third-party accounts, business accounts, or accounts held in a name other than your own are prohibited. winpbu reserves the right to return any deposit that cannot be verified as originating from a payment method registered in your name, and to withhold any associated winnings pending investigation.

4.5 Transaction Limits

winpbu may impose daily, weekly, or monthly transaction limits on deposits and withdrawals based on your account verification status, transaction history, and responsible gaming preferences. Players who have set self-imposed deposit limits under the Responsible Gaming tools will have those limits enforced at the payment processing level.

winpbu offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time each promotion is launched:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds and free bet awards carry wagering requirements (also referred to as "rollover requirements") that must be satisfied in full before any funds derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in the specific promotion's terms.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution percentages by game category will be specified in each promotion's terms. As a general guide, slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonuses have an expiry period, typically between seven (7) and thirty (30) days from the date of issuance. Any bonus balance and associated winnings that remain subject to unmet wagering requirements at the point of expiry will be removed from your account without compensation.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may not hold more than one active bonus simultaneously unless explicitly permitted by the specific promotion terms. If you make a deposit while a bonus is active, the new deposit may not qualify for a concurrent bonus offer.
• Abuse Prevention: winpbu reserves the right to cancel any bonus and withhold associated winnings if it determines, in its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, arbitrage, or any strategy designed to exploit promotional offers rather than engage with the Platform in good faith.
• No Cash Equivalent: Bonuses have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully met. They cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for real currency outside of the standard wagering and withdrawal process.

All games and betting markets available on winpbu are governed by rules established by the respective game providers and, where applicable, by winpbu's own sportsbook rules. The following general gaming rules apply across all products on the Platform:

6.1 Game Integrity

All casino games on winpbu — including slots, live dealer tables, and crash games — use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology provided by internationally accredited game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. The integrity of every game outcome is determined solely by the RNG system, and winpbu does not have the ability to influence or alter individual game results.

6.2 Sports Betting Rules

Sports bets placed on cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers matches), American Football, football, and other available markets are settled in accordance with winpbu's Sportsbook Rules, which are published separately on the Platform. In the event of a conflict between those rules and these Terms, the Sportsbook Rules will prevail with respect to bet settlement.

6.3 Void Bets

winpbu reserves the right to void any bet that was placed or accepted in error, including bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds due to a technical error, data feed failure, or human error on the part of winpbu staff. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to the player's account.

6.4 Technical Failures

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session — including disconnection, power failure, or server interruption — winpbu will make all reasonable efforts to restore the session to its state immediately prior to the failure. Where this is not possible, the stake for the interrupted round will be returned. Winnings already confirmed and credited to your account prior to the failure will not be affected.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the winpbu Platform. Engaging in any of the following will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balances, and may result in legal action:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account with or without their knowledge or consent.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform, place bets, claim bonuses, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider information exploitation, or any form of collusion with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting or any systematic strategy specifically designed to generate guaranteed profit from bonuses or promotional offers rather than genuine recreational play.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring transactions to evade detection, or using winpbu as a vehicle for the transfer of proceeds of crime.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identification documents during KYC verification.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, disassemble, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's technical infrastructure, including game systems, payment APIs, and security protocols.
• Using the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is prohibited, through the use of VPNs, proxies, or any other method of circumventing geographic restrictions.
• Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive communication toward winpbu staff or other players through any channel.

winpbu operates a comprehensive Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification programme in line with best practices for responsible gaming and fraud prevention. KYC verification is mandatory for all players prior to processing any withdrawal and may be requested at any point during the account lifecycle at winpbu's discretion.

Documents Typically Required

• Proof of Identity: A clear copy of a valid government-issued photo ID, such as a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence.

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or display any part of the Platform's content without the prior written consent of winpbu.
• Use the winpbu brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner that suggests endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship without express written authorisation.
• Create derivative works based on Platform content or use Platform data for commercial purposes.
• Frame, scrape, or mirror any part of the Platform on any external website or application.

Any unauthorised use of winpbu's intellectual property constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to legal action for infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, winpbu shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of gaming winnings due to technical failure, loss of data, or damage to reputation, even if winpbu has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

winpbu's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total value of funds held in your winpbu account at the time the claim arises.

winpbu does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, unexpected technical issues, third-party service failures (including payment provider outages), and events beyond our reasonable control may occasionally affect Platform availability. winpbu will use commercially reasonable efforts to restore access in a timely manner but does not accept liability for losses resulting from temporary unavailability.

winpbu reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms or any other policy incorporated by reference.
• winpbu suspects fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct associated with your account.
• You have failed to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time of being requested to do so.
• You have requested self-exclusion or a cooling-off period under the Responsible Gaming tools.
• winpbu is required to close your account by applicable law, regulatory instruction, or court order.

You may close your winpbu account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon account closure requested by you, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method within ten (10) business days, subject to KYC verification being complete.

In cases where winpbu initiates account closure due to a breach of these Terms, any funds held in the account may be withheld pending investigation. Where fraud or criminal activity is confirmed, winpbu reserves the right to forfeit the entire account balance.

winpbu reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, winpbu will provide notice to registered players via email to the address on file and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform homepage.

The updated Terms will become effective on the date specified in the notice, which will be no less than seven (7) days from the date of notification for material changes. For minor or administrative changes (such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not alter the substance of the Terms), winpbu may update the Terms without prior notice, and the changes will take effect immediately upon publication.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact [email protected] to initiate account closure.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. winpbu operates as a safe and reliable platform committed to fair play, SSL-encrypted security, and transparent operations for all players in Bangladesh.
